Zeta Global Holdings Corp. (ZETA) shares reached a 52-week high on Friday after Goldman Sachs upgraded the stock to Buy from Neutral. The bank raised its price target to $45 from $30, citing the company’s potential to gain market share as enterprises modernize their marketing platforms.
Shares rose more than 5% in pre-market trading after the announcement. Goldman Sachs analyst Callie Valenti said Zeta is well positioned to benefit as customers consolidate fragmented data and marketing tools onto unified platforms. Growing AI budgets could provide another tailwind. The upgrade follows recent price target increases from multiple analysts.
