XMAX Enters $122.5M, 5-Year GPU Service Agreement for AI Infrastructure

XMax Inc. has entered into a five-year B300 GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) agreement with DSH HYPER PTE. LTD. to secure dedicated high-performance computing capacity. The agreement, valued at approximately $122.5 million over its term, is intended to provide the core infrastructure for XMax's AI initiatives, including its NeoCloud and AI Token Factory platforms.

Key Details

• Agreement Value & Term: Total service charges are approximately $122.5 million (KRW 162.3 billion) over a 60-month term, ending October 28, 2031.
• Computing Capacity: The service will provide up to 512 NVIDIA B300 GPUs (64 nodes) and 560 TB of storage, with service commencing on October 29, 2026.
• Contingencies & Security: The long-term commitment is contingent on board approval and the delivery of required security by November 17, 2026. This includes an irrevocable standby letter of credit (SBLC) for approximately $8.2 million and a corporate guarantee in favor of infrastructure provider kt cloud Co., Ltd.
