TeraWulf CEO Paul Prager pushed back against analyst concerns that the company’s partially built AI data centers could become stranded assets. He said critics misunderstand TeraWulf’s development sequence: the company secures financing, power, and tenants before construction begins.

TeraWulf (WULF) shares rose approximately 7%–7.5% after Prager’s comments, as investors reassessed concerns that had weighed on the stock. Despite the rebound, shares remain down over the past month.

Other companies in the sector, including Cipher Digital and Applied Digital, also posted smaller gains.
