Walmart announced a joint membership combining Walmart+ and Sam’s Club Plus for an annual fee of $120. The offer takes effect October 20, 2026.
The bundle costs nearly $100 less than buying the memberships separately. It also puts Walmart in direct competition with Costco, whose top-tier membership costs slightly more.
Benefits include free delivery from both chains, gas savings, access to a streaming subscription, and 2% cash back on eligible Sam’s Club purchases. Walmart CEO John Furner said the company aims to raise expectations for what a membership can deliver.
Walmart shares rose in premarket trading after the announcement.
