Wesfarmers Limited reported a statutory net profit after tax of $2.87 billion for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. On an underlying basis, excluding prior-year significant items, net profit rose 8.3%. The company's revenue increased 3.4% to $47.27 billion. This figure slightly surpassed analyst estimates.

Strong performances in its largest retail divisions drove the positive results. The Bunnings hardware chain and Kmart Group's budget department stores delivered sales and earnings growth. These divisions benefited from value-focused offerings amid cost-of-living pressures. The Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers (WesCEF) division also contributed positively. Its lithium business boosted this contribution. Wesfarmers declared a fully-franked final dividend of $1.20 per share.
