Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited incorporated Sunstar Data Centers Private Limited on September 11, 2026. This new entity operates as a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary under Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited.
The move marks Waaree’s strategic entry into the data center industry. The company plans to develop hyperscale and edge facilities while providing cloud connectivity and cybersecurity services across India and international markets.
This diversification allows the firm to capture rising demand for digital infrastructure beyond its core renewable energy business. Sunstar Data Centers has not yet commenced operations and currently reports no turnover.
