Elemental Royalty Corporation received antitrust approval from Mexico's Comisión Nacional Antimonopolio on September 9, 2026. This regulatory clearance allows the company to finalize its acquisition of Vizsla Royalties Corporation.
The transaction includes net smelter returns royalties ranging from 2% to 3.5% on the Panuco silver-gold project. These interests cover all existing resources and remain active for the life of the mine. The royalties contain no caps, buybacks, or step-down provisions.
Panuco is currently the world's largest undeveloped high-grade primary silver resource. Vizsla Silver expects to achieve first production at the site in the second half of 2027. This partnership provides a stable royalty structure to support long-term financing and project development.
Shareholders may choose to receive payment in cash, Elemental shares, or a combination of both. The acquisition establishes the Panuco royalties as cornerstone assets within Elemental’s portfolio.
