Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) and Anduril Industries have formed a strategic partnership to accelerate production of technologies for U.S. weapon systems and missile defense. The agreement formalizes their existing work on several high-priority Department of Defense programs.
Voyager is already contracted to supply Anduril with more than $60 million in critical technologies, including solid rocket motors and attitude control systems. The companies plan to build a shared pipeline for future programs and scale manufacturing for long-term, high-rate production. Their operations are near each other in Southern California.
Both companies are investing in production infrastructure. Anduril is building a new campus in Long Beach, which is set to open in 2027. Voyager is developing its American Defense Complex in Colorado. Once fully scaled, the facility is expected to support production of 15,000 to 20,000 propulsion systems per month.
