Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria appointed Andreas Ridderström as Chief of Strategy, Procurement & Project Control, effective October 1, 2026. Ridderström joins the company from Zinkgruvan Mining, where he previously served as CFO.
Viscaria is implementing a new management structure to streamline decision-making and enhance operational focus. The reorganization establishes a focused Executive Management Team and a broader Group Management Team.
These changes support the company’s transition from project development to active production at the Viscaria mine in Kiruna. The strategic overhaul aims to position Viscaria as a significant European supplier of responsibly produced copper.
