ASML reported record third-quarter sales of €11.7 billion. That was a 25% increase from the previous quarter. Net income reached €5.0 billion.
The company said customers are bringing forward equipment demand forecasts. Some are already looking to place orders for 2029 and 2030.
ASML now expects its planned production capacity for 2027 and 2028 to fall short of demand, even with previously announced expansions. CEO Christophe Fouquet said the company is exploring ways to increase capacity further.
For Q4, ASML forecast sales of €14.2 billion to €15.2 billion.
