VinFast officially launched the production version of its VF Wild electric pickup truck.
The vehicle features a 160 kW electric motor paired with a 46.4 kWh LFP battery pack. This configuration delivers a battery-only range of approximately 250 kilometers or 155 miles.
A 1.5L gasoline engine acts as an onboard generator to recharge the battery. This range-extending system increases the total driving distance to over 1,000 kilometers or 620 miles.
Electric motors provide all propulsion, as the internal combustion engine does not drive the wheels directly. VinFast has not confirmed if the VF Wild will be available in the North American market.
