Vera Therapeutics will present the final efficacy analysis from its pivotal ORIGIN 3 trial of TRUTAKNA for IgA nephropathy (IgAN) in a late-breaking oral presentation. The data will be unveiled during the opening plenary session of the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Kidney Week 2026 on October 22.
TRUTAKNA received accelerated approval based on earlier data showing a reduction in proteinuria. The final ORIGIN 3 results could help determine whether the drug secures full approval and demonstrate its long-term clinical benefit in slowing kidney function decline. Vera will also present interim data from other studies at the conference.
