UPS opened an $80 million international air hub at Clark International Airport in the Philippines. This marks UPS's largest-ever investment in the country. The 30,000-square-meter facility is 15 times larger than its predecessor. It boosts the company's operational capacity in the Asia-Pacific region.

The hub increases daily package handling capacity from 5,000 to 46,000 parcels. It features UPS's first automated small-package sorting system in the Philippines. The investment aims to improve service across more than 1,100 global trade lanes. It also reduces transit times. The hub supports manufacturing and healthcare customers with temperature-sensitive shipments.

The Clark hub is part of UPS's plan to build a more resilient logistics network in Asia-Pacific. The expansion created nearly 600 new jobs in the region. This development aims to provide local businesses with faster, more efficient access to global markets.
