Theon International Plc is securing a new loan agreement worth up to €325 million. The defense-technology group will use the capital to fund increased investment and acquisition activities.
The formal signing is expected to take place on or around September 7, 2026.
The financing will raise the company’s leverage to approximately 3.0 times its pro forma adjusted Ebitda. Management expects this ratio to decline toward 2.5 times during 2027.
Theon is positioning itself to capitalize on rising European defense spending and military readiness requirements.
