Teradyne Inc. launched its Titan HP platform, a system with enhanced burn-in capabilities for testing high-power semiconductors used in AI, automotive and other high-reliability applications. The platform is designed to improve reliability and reduce testing costs for complex chips that power AI data centers.
Titan HP controls each deviceβs temperature individually while running a workload, creating a more realistic stress test than traditional methods. Teradyne said the system is already deployed in production and will be showcased at upcoming industry events, including SEMICON West.
The launch addresses growing demand for high-reliability testing as powerful AI silicon becomes more widespread.
