Teradyne Inc. and GS Microelectronics U.S., Inc. (GSME) announced a multi-year strategic partnership to create a semiconductor test and evaluation center. The center will be located at GSME's 42,000-square-foot headquarters in Silicon Valley. It is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

GSME will operate a dedicated facility equipped with Teradyne's automated test systems. The center aims to accelerate time-to-market for customers developing next-generation semiconductors for AI, automotive, silicon photonics, and power management applications. It will provide device evaluations, engineering development, pilot production, and technical training services. The companies will also collaborate on joint sales and customer engagement.
