Reports dated October 15, 2026, said Sphera Funds Management Ltd. increased its investment in Tenax Therapeutics. Sphera acquired an additional 669,800 shares on September 30, 2026.
The purchase increased Sphera’s holdings by 33.6%. Its total holdings reached 2,663,296 shares.
Following the purchase, Sphera held a 7.09% stake in the clinical-stage biotechnology company.
