Tempus AI has expanded its multi-year collaboration with Moderna and Merck to support the potential commercialization of intismeran autogene (V940/mRNA-4157), an individualized neoantigen therapy for melanoma and other cancers. The therapy is being evaluated in combination with Merck’s anti-PD-1 treatment, KEYTRUDA®.

Under the agreement, Tempus will manage the collection and transfer of tumor and blood samples for next-generation sequencing (NGS). Tempus will also provide NGS services to support the therapy’s design and manufacturing process, pending regulatory approvals.

The financial terms were not disclosed. The collaboration builds on joint efforts that began last year and aims to prepare for the therapy’s potential commercial launch.
