Plaid Technologies Inc. appointed Guy Bourgeois as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective September 30, 2026. Gary Dodge resigned from the position on the same day.
Bourgeois currently serves as a director, Corporate Secretary and Chairman. He brings a deep understanding of the company’s operations to the interim role.
The company plans to search for a permanent CFO and will provide updates as the search progresses.
