Surf Air Mobility (NYSE: SRFM) secured a definitive agreement with private air charter operator Flying Zebra. Flying Zebra will implement Surf Air's OperatorOS software. This marks the fifth commercial contract for Surf Air's flight operations platform. The platform uses Palantir technology and targets Part 135 charter operators. This deal helps Surf Air meet its stated goal of five operators on the platform. The company aimed to achieve this by the end of 2026.
Flying Zebra operates a fleet of four aircraft. It will use OperatorOS to streamline scheduling, flight management, and reporting. Surf Air Mobility will receive a percentage of revenue from all flights Flying Zebra manages through the software. The agreement expands the user base for Surf Air's software. Surf Air also uses the software for its own Southern Airways and Mokulele Airlines operations.
