SpaceX is scheduled to launch the USSF-385 mission for the U.S. Space Force on a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on Saturday, September 26. The three-hour launch window opens at 5:56 a.m. Pacific Time. The mission will use a first-stage booster that has flown nine times before.

The astronaut crew for the upcoming Crew-13 mission to the International Space Station is also scheduled to arrive at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida that day. NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney and their international partners will begin final preparations for a launch targeted for early October.
