Evercore ISI issued a bullish note on SpaceX, citing the potential for substantial earnings growth from its Colossus GPU data center business. SpaceX plans to rent computing power to other major technology companies.
Evercore said Wall Street is underestimating growth from this expansion of terrestrial computing. It projects SpaceX’s computing capacity will reach 2.3–2.7 gigawatts by year-end, above the consensus estimate of 2.1 GW.
The firm forecasts that AI-related revenue will reach approximately $83 billion in 2027. The current Street consensus is $47 billion.
