French semiconductor material manufacturer Soitec placed €500 million in bonds convertible into new or existing shares (ORNANEs). The offering targeted qualified investors exclusively. These bonds carry an annual coupon of 0.50% and mature in September 2033.

Soitec will use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and debt refinancing. The capital supports organic growth and expansion within the AI-related semiconductor segment. The company intends to limit shareholder dilution through flexible settlement options. This raise strengthens Soitec's overall financial structure.
