Samsung Electronics is expanding its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) production to target the AI data center cooling market.

The company will transfer HVAC equipment production from the recently acquired Flakt Group to a new facility in Gwangju, South Korea, starting next year.

Samsung is also investing in a new HVAC plant in Pune, India, to serve the broader Asia-Pacific market.

These strategic investments aim to meet the increasing cooling demands of large-scale artificial intelligence infrastructure.
