Super Micro Computer faces a shareholder lawsuit and an investigation by Kuehn Law regarding alleged breaches of fiduciary duties. The legal action claims the company failed to disclose that a significant portion of its server sales went to Chinese companies.

These sales allegedly violated U.S. export control laws. The lawsuit asserts that Super Micro concealed material weaknesses in its compliance controls, rendering its financial statements and business outlook misleading.

This action follows a March 2026 Department of Justice indictment against a company co-founder and others for a scheme to divert servers to China. The lawsuit covers shareholders who purchased stock prior to February 2, 2024.
