Solaris Resources Inc. renewed cooperation agreements with the Interprovincial Federation of Shuar Centers (FISCH) and the Warints and Yawi communities. These groups finalized Life Plans that recognize mining as a central resource for long-term development. This cooperation strengthens the company's social license for the Warintza copper project in southeastern Ecuador.

The company is now pursuing water permits and other authorizations following technical approval of its Environmental Impact Assessment. Field investigations and drilling are scheduled for completion by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. This technical work builds on a positive pre-feasibility study expected in 2025.

Solaris reported a cash position of US$54 million as of June 30, 2026. The company anticipates an additional US$50 million in funding during the fourth quarter.
