AB SKF announced its third-quarter 2026 results. Revenue rose 5.5% year over year to SEK 17.47 billion. Organic sales grew 4.3%. Adjusted earnings per share increased 10.2% year over year to SEK 3.88. The adjusted operating margin was 16.3%, compared with 15.4% in the same period last year.

SKF attributed its performance to strong commercial execution, particularly in its Specialized Industrial Solutions division. The company is preparing for the planned listing of its automotive segment, SKF Vertevo, on Nasdaq Stockholm. SKF Vertevo will be reported as discontinued operations.

For the fourth quarter, SKF expects modest organic sales growth. It also expects currency movements to have a negative impact on operating profit.
