As of October 2026, SharonAI Holdings, Inc. had 120 MW of contracted customer agreements. It also had 212 MW of available capacity with power established at its sites, up from 54 MW in January 2026.

The company’s COO said SharonAI’s partner-first, co-location model supports rapid scaling. The company builds within existing data centers already connected to the power grid, helping avoid delays in connecting AI computing infrastructure to power.

SharonAI said the approach allows it to deploy capacity faster for customers and deliver AI compute capacity quickly.
