SES has started construction on a 16,000m² satellite manufacturing facility in Kockelscheuer, Luxembourg. This project advances the company’s vertical integration strategy to enhance internal design and development capabilities.
The facility will support the meoSphere next-generation MEO network and Europe’s IRIS² program. SES is developing the site in collaboration with CDCL Group and POUDRERIE de LUXEMBOURG.
Construction is scheduled for completion in 2028. The development anchors Luxembourg’s plan for a Space Campus to foster industry innovation. Additionally, the company confirmed an interim dividend of €0.25 per A-share.
