Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (SEGG Media), a subsidiary of Lottery.com Inc., has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq panel to appeal a delisting determination. The notice, received on October 14, 2026, followed the company’s failure to timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
SEGG Media was previously notified of non-compliance for three separate overdue reports. It has since filed its 2025 annual report and its Q1 2026 quarterly report. The current delisting notice is based solely on the outstanding Q2 2026 filing.
The hearing request stays any trading suspension for at least 15 days. The company is seeking an extended stay while the panel considers its appeal.
