Schrödinger, Inc. co-founded Tectora, a new biotechnology firm, alongside New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and RA Capital Management.

Tectora launched with a $55 million Series A investment to develop immunology and inflammation therapies. Schrödinger licensed two early-stage small molecule programs to the new venture.

Schrödinger received an equity stake in Tectora and remains eligible for future milestone payments and royalties. Tectora will use the dedicated capital to advance these programs toward clinical development using Schrödinger’s computational platform.

This partnership strategy has previously generated over $750 million in proceeds for Schrödinger.
