Star Bulk Carriers is pursuing a parallel listing of its common shares on the Euronext Athens exchange. The company is launching a concurrent equity offering in Greece of up to 4,400,000 new common shares.
Gross proceeds from the offering could reach €112.2 million. Net proceeds are estimated at approximately €104.9 million after expenses.
The offering period runs from September 9 to September 11. Trading on Euronext Athens is expected to begin on September 16, 2026.
Shares will trade under the existing SBLK ticker. The CEO’s family has indicated interest in investing up to €6.0 million in the offering.
