The hiring of one of the industry's biggest names signals a significant focus on security for the fast-growing company, which is known for its AI software engineer, Devin.
Stamos brings extensive experience to Cognition, having previously served as the chief security officer at Facebook and Yahoo. He most recently oversaw security at AI security startup Corridor and was chief trust officer at SentinelOne. His appointment is expected to bring substantial security credibility to the AI unicorn as it continues to develop autonomous software solutions.
