Revvity is shifting from a traditional life sciences tools company to a diagnostics-focused, AI-enabled platform. Its Diagnostics segment reported 11% organic revenue growth, while software-as-a-service (SaaS) annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew in the mid-20% range. These areas are helping offset challenges in the Life Sciences division and the company’s exit from China.

Revvity’s earnings per share (EPS) grew 13% on 3% organic revenue growth. Free cash flow conversion exceeded 100%, supporting debt reduction and reinvestment.

Although GAAP price-to-earnings ratios suggest a premium valuation, other metrics indicate the stock may be undervalued as the transformation continues and supports margin expansion.
