Revolution Medicines has begun treating patients in RASolute 309, a global, randomized Phase 3 trial of RASONQUE™ (daraxonrasib) combined with investigational drug zoldonrasib. The study is evaluating the combination as a first-line treatment for adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) harboring the RAS G12D mutation.
The trial will compare the combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy: gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel. Its dual primary endpoints are progression-free survival and overall survival.
RASolute 309 is the first Phase 3 study to evaluate a RAS(ON) inhibitor doublet approach. It marks a step in efforts to address a cancer with a very low survival rate.
