Quantum Computing Inc. (QUBT) and INmune Bio (INMB) announced a strategic collaboration to apply quantum computing and AI to drug research. The partnership gives QUBT its first commercial customer in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
The initial focus is to identify potential new applications for INmune Bio’s investigational Alzheimer’s treatment, XPro1595. The companies will use Quantum Computing’s Dirac-3S quantum optimization machine to analyze complex clinical and biomedical datasets.
The goal is to uncover biological relationships that could point to new disease targets and biomarkers for INmune Bio’s therapies. For QUBT, the collaboration is an opportunity to demonstrate its technology in complex, real-world pharmaceutical research.
