Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) signed a three-year framework agreement with Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) to advance quantum technology in Qatar. The collaboration focuses on joint research, executive education, and industry applications in quantum computing, sensing, and communications.
QCi will provide HBKU with cloud-based access to its Dirac-3 entropy quantum computing system. The agreement also includes a physical installation of the Dirac-3 platform within Qatar.
This partnership aims to accelerate quantum technology adoption by building local talent. The initiative will develop practical solutions to address challenges within Qatar's innovation ecosystem.
