Decentralized exchange Hyperliquid has added perpetual futures for Nvidia and crude oil, expanding beyond its cryptocurrency roots. Co-founder and CEO Jeff Yan said the platform aims to “house all of finance.”
The move is part of a broader effort to bring conventional markets onto Hyperliquid’s blockchain-based platform. Ecosystem partners have also introduced tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs for spot trading.
Hyperliquid has been building the capability to create commodity and equity markets alongside its core crypto offerings. The strategy uses blockchain’s 24/7 availability to enable trading in traditional assets such as stocks and energy.
