Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. intersected a 7.4-meter interval of strong radioactivity at its Dorado Project. The drilling targeted the newly identified Q24 zone in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. Radioactivity in this interval averaged 8,760 counts per second (cps).

A 0.5-meter section within the interval averaged 38,710 cps. This section reached a peak radioactivity reading of 50,110 cps. The intersection occurred at the geological unconformity, a primary indicator for uranium deposits.

The Dorado project operates as a 50/50 joint venture with IsoEnergy Ltd. These results suggest a potential new zone of uranium mineralization. Purepoint is awaiting assay results to confirm actual uranium grades.
