Polar Power, Inc. (NASDAQ: POLA) received an initial trial order for 50 propane-fueled DC generators. A major Tier 1 telecommunications operator in Southeast Asia placed the order. The generators will power off-grid and bad-grid cell sites. The order supports Polar Power's efforts to penetrate the Asian telecom market.

The initial order for 50 units represents the first phase of a potential five-year program. This program could cover approximately 2,500 sites. Polar Power estimates the full deployment could generate up to $60 million in revenue. This revenue would accrue over the five-year period. The customer has not yet committed to the broader rollout. Discussions have begun for a second phase involving 200 generators.
