Parker-Hannifin Corporation announced a proposed offering of new euro-denominated senior notes. These notes feature maturity dates in 2030, 2032, and 2036. The company will combine these proceeds with a concurrent $2.4 billion U.S. dollar offering. These funds will repay borrowings under a $5.25 billion credit agreement used to acquire Filtration Group Corporation.

The financing strategy also prepares the company for the acquisition of CIRCOR International’s aerospace business. On September 8, 2026, the company filed to expand its revolving credit facilities. This expansion increases available credit to $5.0 billion to support the pending transaction.

The new notes will be unsecured senior obligations. Parker-Hannifin intends to list the notes on the Euronext Dublin Global Exchange Market. This financial maneuvering provides enhanced liquidity for recent and pending transactions.
