Partners Group Holding AG is reportedly exploring a sale of Finnish modular-building manufacturer Parmaco Oy that could be valued at around €1.5 billion. The private equity firm is working with Bank of America to assess its options for the business.

Deliberations are at an early stage, and a sale is not certain. If a transaction proceeds, it would likely be finalized in 2027.

Partners Group acquired Parmaco in 2021 from a consortium led by Terra Firma Capital Partners. Parmaco designs, builds and leases modular structures, primarily for schools and day-care centers in the Nordic region. The potential sale reflects continued private equity interest in infrastructure-related assets supported by stable, long-term public sector demand.
