PepsiCo and Taco Bell have renewed their U.S. beverage partnership for 11 years, extending the agreement through 2036. PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, Starry and Mountain Dew Baja Blast, will continue to be served at thousands of Taco Bell locations nationwide.

Mountain Dew Baja Blast has grown into a billion-dollar brand. The renewal is a significant win for PepsiCo, coming shortly after KFC, a sister chain of Taco Bell under Yum! Brands, switched its U.S. beverage contract to a competitor.

The companies plan to continue joint innovation, including developing new beverages aimed at Gen Z consumers.
