Pan African Resources has successfully implemented the scheme of arrangement to acquire Emmerson Resources Limited. All Emmerson shares have been transferred to Pan African’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Tennant Consolidated Mining Group Pty Ltd.
Eligible Emmerson shareholders received 0.1493 New Pan African CDIs for each share held.
Emmerson has applied to delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective at the close of trading on July 2, 2026. This transaction finalizes the consolidation of the Tennant Creek mineral field under Pan African’s control.
