PACS is trading 5% up at $41.95 after announcing a major expansion deal to acquire 34 skilled nursing facilities from Eduro Healthcare.

• The transaction adds 3,633 beds across six states and expands PACS operations into four new states.
• Shares had already gained 3.4% in after-hours trading immediately following the announcement of the deal.
