Per Aarsleff Holding A/S announced that its subsidiary, Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, has agreed to acquire four companies based in West Zealand. The deal covers 100% of the shares in Rent-Tech A/S and its subsidiaries, Multi-Tech A/S and Asger G. Jørgensen A/S, plus a 50.5% stake in El-Centret Højby ApS.
The maximum purchase price is DKK 597.5 million on a cash- and debt-free basis.
In 2025, the four companies collectively generated approximately DKK 700 million in revenue and DKK 88 million in EBIT.
The transaction is subject to customary approvals, including approval from competition authorities. It is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
