Porsche AG completed the sale of its entire holdings in Bugatti Rimac and the Rimac Group. An investor consortium led by New York-based HOF Capital purchased the stakes. The transaction, initially agreed upon in April 2026, has received all necessary regulatory approvals.

The divestment generated approximately €1 billion in proceeds for the German automaker. Porsche raised its 2026 automotive net cash flow margin forecast to a range of 5.5% to 7.5%. The previous forecast for the year was 3% to 5%. The company will allocate €250 million from the proceeds to fund pension obligations.

This sale ends Porsche's financial involvement in the Bugatti brand and the Rimac partnership. Porsche previously held a 45% stake in the Bugatti Rimac joint venture. The manufacturer also owned a 20.6% stake in the broader Rimac Group. Management stated the move aligns with a strategy to concentrate on core business operations.
