Oscar Health raised its full-year 2026 operating earnings forecast to $500 million to $700 million. Its prior outlook was $250 million to $450 million. The company cited improved underwriting, disciplined pricing and greater expense efficiencies.

The company’s medical loss ratio (MLR) fell to 75% in the first half of 2026, down from 83% a year earlier.

Oscar maintained its full-year revenue guidance of $18.7 billion to $19 billion. The higher earnings forecast reflects margin expansion rather than increased sales.
