Oracle today announced new Fusion Claw-powered agentic applications for its Human Capital Management software. The applications use artificial intelligence to automate and execute complex HR tasks, including workforce planning, recruiting, and compensation, within the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications suite. Oracle says they are designed to help HR leaders meet workforce objectives with greater speed and confidence while keeping AI agents’ work within company governance requirements.
Oracle also highlighted Oracle AI Agent Studio, a no-code and low-code platform for organizations to build and manage AI agents for industry-specific processes. Customers and partners can use the platform to extend the capabilities of Oracle’s new AI-powered HR applications. Embedding agents in daily workflows is intended to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
The announcement’s immediate market impact may be modest until Oracle provides evidence of monetization and customer adoption.
