Navitas Semiconductor said it is collaborating with NVIDIA on a 24-kilowatt power delivery board for next-generation AI data centers. The board is part of the NVIDIA MGX ecosystem and supports 800-volt power architectures designed to meet rising AI processor demands. Navitas (NVTS) shares rose more than 5% in after-hours trading following the announcement.
Using Navitasβs GaNFast power technology, the board converts 800 VDC directly to 12 VDC in a single stage. By bypassing a traditional intermediate conversion step, the design targets 97% system efficiency, increases power density, and reduces system costs and complexity. The platform will be showcased at the OCP Global Summit 2026.
